Educational services offered at the Centre include a Chinese Community School, Chinese-language library, and an employment training scheme.

This project is mainly funded by Indo-Chinese Elderly Projects and supported by grants, NDC and so on.
The library has over 4000 books. There are some books in Vietnamese language, books on Chinese arts, culture and history.
